Annual Subscription Charge (ASC): A minimum annual subscription charge of GBP 100 is payable every year.

The ASC is adjustable against the AF levied every year.

For example : If the AUS is Rs. 1 million then AF @ 1% of AUS would be Rs. 10000.00

Assuming conversion rate of Rs. 72 to GBP then ASC @GBP 100 per annum would be Rs. 7200.00

Then the Net Fee = AF- ASC i.e. Rs. 10000-7200= Rs.2800.00
